Who we are

The data controller is Ahinama Dance Company, Leof. Galatsiou 32, Galatsi, Athens 11141, Greece. For anything about your data, email us at contact@ahinama.gr or call 210 2010042.

What we collect and why

  • Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional), the styles you are interested in, your preferred time and your message. We use them only to reply to you and arrange your trial class (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) - steps taken at your request before a contract).
  • Visitor statistics: we count anonymously which pages are read and how many people tap the contact buttons, using Umami. It uses no cookies, does not store your IP address and builds no profiles, so it cannot identify you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) - our legitimate interest in improving the site).
  • We never sell or rent your details or use them for advertising.

Who else sees it

  • Netlify, Inc. (USA): hosts the site and stores contact form messages. The transfer to the USA is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Umami: provides the anonymous statistics. It receives nothing that identifies you.
  • Google: only if you press "Show map" on the contact page does the Google map load. Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.
  • WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram: if you follow a link to these services you leave our site and their terms apply.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for as long as we need to reply, and at most 12 months after our last contact. If you enrol, we keep your enrolment details for as long as you are a student and as long as tax law requires.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies or other tracking technologies. The only exception is the Google map, which loads only if you choose to show it.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to its processing. Email us at contact@ahinama.gr and we will reply within one month.

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr, Kifisias 1-3, 115 23 Athens).

Changes

If anything changes in how we handle data, we will update this page. Last updated: 24 October 2026.
